Physics! I am doing an experiment where I use static electricity to pick up paper and I need help explaining y?

I rub the comb in my hair to load it with electrons and then hold it above little pieces of paper and it picks them up. I have to explain why, in physics terms.

when you rub the comb with your hair, you will cause the comb to be charged. electrostatic force will cause the papers to be attracted.
